How to Delete Your Account and Data with Tahweel
At Tahweel, we value your privacy and are committed to providing a secure experience for our users. As part of our commitment to transparency and user control, we have set up an easy process for users to request deletion of their account and associated data.
Follow these simple steps to request the deletion of your account and data:

Step 2: Verify Account Ownership
To ensure the security of your account, we require you to verify your account ownership. Please provide the activation receipt for your account, which includes your mobile number, company name, and the name of the device used for the application.

Step 3: Agree to Delete the Account
Once your account ownership has been verified, you will need to confirm that you wish to proceed with the account deletion. Please note that this process is irreversible, and all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted.
Data Deletion and Retention
Upon receiving your request, all account data within Tahweel app services will be deleted within 72 hours. Please note that we do not retain any accounting data from our users. Only the user’s activation data (mobile number, company name, and device name) is stored by our system.
