3. Account Registration
- Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- Account registration requires a valid phone number and name
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account
- One account per user is permitted
4. Payment Terms
- All payments are processed securely through Google Play Store or Apple App Store
- Subscription payments are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Prices are displayed in your local currency
- All prices include applicable taxes
5. Delivery Policy
Our products are digital software applications delivered electronically:
- Delivery Method: Instant digital download via Google Play Store or Apple App Store
- Delivery Time: Immediate upon successful payment/download
- Access: Available 24/7 after installation
- Updates: Automatic updates delivered through app stores at no additional cost
- Premium Features: Activated instantly upon successful subscription payment
No physical products are shipped. All services are delivered digitally.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period
- No partial refunds for unused portions of the subscription period
Refund Eligibility
- Within 48 hours: Full refund available if the app does not function as described
- Technical Issues: Refunds considered for verified technical problems that cannot be resolved
- Accidental Purchases: Refunds available for accidental purchases within 24 hours
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us at teqanyco@gmail.com with your purchase details
- Include your subscription number and reason for refund
- We will respond within 3 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after using the service for more than 48 hours
- Failure to cancel before the renewal date
- Violation of our Terms of Service
7. User Responsibilities
- Use the applications only for lawful purposes
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the applications
- Maintain accurate account information
- Report any security vulnerabilities or bugs

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.

قد تختلف الأسعار حسب المنطقة وهي قابلة للتغيير. تُعرض الأسعار الحالية دائماً في متاجر التطبيقات (Google Play، Apple App Store).
3. تسجيل الحساب
- يجب أن يكون عمر المستخدم 13 عاماً على الأقل لإنشاء حساب
- يتطلب تسجيل الحساب رقم هاتف صالح واسم
- المستخدم مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية حسابه
- يُسمح بحساب واحد لكل مستخدم
4. شروط الدفع
- تتم معالجة جميع المدفوعات بشكل آمن من خلال Google Play Store أو Apple App Store
- يتم فوترة مدفوعات الاشتراك مقدماً على أساس شهري أو سنوي
- تُعرض الأسعار بعملتك المحلية
- جميع الأسعار تشمل الضرائب المطبقة
5. سياسة التسليم
منتجاتنا هي تطبيقات برمجية رقمية يتم تسليمها إلكترونياً:
- طريقة التسليم: تنزيل رقمي فوري عبر Google Play Store أو Apple App Store
- وقت التسليم: فوري عند نجاح الدفع/التنزيل
- الوصول: متاح على مدار الساعة بعد التثبيت
- التحديثات: تحديثات تلقائية يتم تسليمها عبر متاجر التطبيقات بدون تكلفة إضافية
- الميزات المميزة: يتم تفعيلها فوراً عند نجاح دفع الاشتراك
لا يتم شحن منتجات مادية. جميع الخدمات يتم تسليمها رقمياً.
6. سياسة الاسترداد والإلغاء
إلغاء الاشتراك
- يمكنك إلغاء اشتراكك في أي وقت من خلال إعدادات حساب متجر التطبيقات
- يسري الإلغاء في نهاية فترة الفوترة الحالية
- ستحتفظ بإمكانية الوصول إلى الميزات المميزة حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة
- لا توجد استردادات جزئية للأجزاء غير المستخدمة من فترة الاشتراك
أهلية الاسترداد
- خلال 48 ساعة: استرداد كامل متاح إذا لم يعمل التطبيق كما هو موصوف
- المشاكل التقنية: يتم النظر في الاسترداد للمشاكل التقنية المؤكدة التي لا يمكن حلها
- المشتريات العرضية: الاسترداد متاح للمشتريات العرضية خلال 24 ساعة
كيفية طلب الاسترداد

- أرفق رقم اشتراكك وسبب طلب الاسترداد
- سنرد خلال 3 أيام عمل
- تتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة الموافق عليها خلال 5-10 أيام عمل
الحالات غير القابلة للاسترداد
- تغيير الرأي بعد استخدام الخدمة لأكثر من 48 ساعة
- عدم الإلغاء قبل تاريخ التجديد
- انتهاك شروط الخدمة الخاصة بنا
7. مسؤوليات المستخدم
- استخدام التطبيقات للأغراض المشروعة فقط
- عدم محاولة فك أو تعديل التطبيقات
- الحفاظ على دقة معلومات الحساب
- الإبلاغ عن أي ثغرات أمنية أو أخطاء
8. الملكية الفكرية
جميع المحتوى والميزات والوظائف في تطبيقاتنا مملوكة لـ EASYBUSINESS OU ومحمية بموجب قوانين حقوق النشر والعلامات التجارية والملكية الفكرية الدولية.
9. تحديد المسؤولية
- تُقدم تطبيقاتنا "كما هي" بدون أي ضمانات من أي نوع
- لسنا مسؤولين عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية
- تقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية على المبلغ الذي دفعته مقابل الخدمة في آخر 12 شهراً
10. تغييرات الشروط
نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. سيتم إبلاغك بالتغييرات المهمة من خلال:
- إشعارات داخل التطبيق
- البريد الإلكتروني للمستخدمين المسجلين
- تحديث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" في هذه الصفحة
11. القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية إستونيا. سيتم حل أي نزاعات في محاكم إستونيا.
